From Java’s Highlands to Your Pocket

Hand-picked in the highlands of Pangalengan, West Java, fermented slowly, dried whole, then carried halfway around the world to Vancouver.

Yours is the easy leg.

Flights, trains, hotels, campsites, this pocket pour-over has been getting ready for the trip since it was a cherry on the branch.

Freshness & Care

Each coffee pouch is nitrogen flushed and sealed to help preserve freshness and flavour for up to 1 year. Store somewhere cool and dry.
They’re ready to brew whenever you are. Once the pouch is opened, we recommend brewing right away for the best cup.

Suggested brewing methods

1. Tear open the packaging and remove the pour-over pouch. Tear along the dotted line.

2. Shake gently to level the grounds. Unfold the wings and place the hangers securely over your mug.

3. Pour 30ml of hot water (95°C) evenly over the grounds. Pause and let the coffee bloom.

4. After 45 seconds, slowly add another 150ml of water in stages.

5. Let it drip through, then remove and discard the pouch. Enjoy!
